Arc De Triomphe 2020 - lovebabes56 - 02-10-2020 10:01

Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe 2020 Entries
STALL
1 In Swoop
2 Raabihah
3 Mogul
4 Sottsass
5 Enable
6 Way To Paris
7 Persian King
8 Royal Julius
9 Gold Trip
10 Sovereign
11 Japan
12 Deirdre
13 Chachnak
14 Stradivarius
15 Serpentine

Love was withdrawn yesterday by Aiden O'Brien leaving 15 for Sunday's renewal.
I would to see Enable win a 3rd Arc, but with heavy ground likely possible it may yet work against her, and probably will help Stradivarius more.
Several other danger are

1) Deidre, who is the world's highest top rated flat horse a may yet give Japan a success in the race.

2) Serpentine. I wouldn't write him off completely but his last race fourth probably more than anything has raised several questions just how
he managed to slaughter the field at Epsom with his run, but was such disappointment last time out. Whether he adopts Epsom style tactics
Sunday remains to be seen, but if he does he could be Enable's biggest threat.

3) Sottass probably remains the host nation's biggest hope

My First 4:-
1) Enable
2) Stradivarius
3) Deidre
4) Serpentine

Let me know your thoughts

Great shame Love is not racing, because if Enable does win record 3rd time (which I hope she does) - then there will always be "yes but she wouldnt of beat Love...."

BallyDoyle has withdrawn all it's horses from racing at Longchamp to day following positive cases of a banned substance in a feed supply.

The following appeared on their twitter account ; -

“Unfortunately the results of the urine samples taken from the horses yesterday have come back positive from the French laboratory.

“There is a possibility that the contaminant may have left their system by the time of racing tomorrow — however we have no guarantee of this, and in order to protect the integrity of racing we have decided to withdraw all our horses from racing tomorrow.

“Joseph and Donnacha O’Brien will do likewise.”
