the word legend is often used to describe people of certain stature
Dame Barbar Windsor is certainly that she was the true comedy screen queen in those carry on films and acting as a whole is poorer without her, that trademark laugh of heras always made me smile RIP Barbara you are free of your cruel end. Iwould not be surprised if she was the last of that original Carry On films cast left alive.

RIP Dame Barbara, an absolute legend.
There was an anecdote on the radio this morning about that scene in Carry On Camping. Apparently the props guy pulled the bra off with a fishing line. On the first attempt the bra didn't come off and she ended up face down in the mud

Quite shocking that the Queen disowned her for all those years and she wasn't able to be welcomed back into The House of Windsor before her demise.

Only just heard about Barbara Windsor as was sleeping most of yesterday, so sad about EastEnders legend passing away. RIP Dame Barbara.
