Finding silicone implants such a turn off, I'd like to try and gather some data from both sides of the fence.
I think those of us who don't go for the boob job have pretty much the same opinions and reasons, but I've never been able to get any serious thought and discussion from those that actually like them and (presumably) think they look good. What is it you find attractive, exactly? Is it simply the size? Is it precisely because they look so false? Or is it - as I suspect is the case to a certain extent - and age thing?
Personally, I don't even see false breasts as breasts. In fact, so strong is that opinion that I'm not aroused in the slightest by daytime cleavage or even nipple slips, because I don't feel as though I've seen an intimate part of the woman's body, but rather something she's merely bought and 'added' to herself.
I'd like to stress this is a serious attempt to try and understand, and is not meant to provoke in any way. If you feel it necessary to call me 'gay' and/or blind, can you please do it via PM.

When I see boobs, I just think boobs. I don't ponder to myself about if they're fake or not. In fact I try not to think about it. I chose "No preference" in the poll, by the way.

I've put no preference also when it come to it I'm not really bothered unless it's a bad boob job then yeah i do mind but most are really good normally when you pay good money for them. I hate it though when girls get them done and they had fine boobs before hand that can sometimes spoil it, an example of this is Caty Cole who was thinking of making her bigger some time ago and I'm glad she kept them real well for now that is that girl has got fantastic boobs and should leave them well alone
though having said that girl get them done to boost there confidence and there's not always a lot you can do to change there minds on it. I like real boobs as well as fake one of my all time ones has to be the porn star Ginna Michaels she's got fantastic boobs

I prefer fake boobs to be honest. I know some people get turned on solely because they're implants but I just prefer them because, in general, they look a lot better. If natural boobs are as round and perfectly shaped as fake ones then that's fine but generally I just love the size and shape of implants. I love the look of girls like Kelly Bell and Holly James with their tiny waists and massive tits on top, it really turns me on. Probably because that type of girl is my ultimate fantasy, you don't see girls like them everyday whereas natural tits, you see all the time.
With natural tits there's a lot more room for error. I like big tits but don't like saggy tits or overly large areolas which you often get with natural tits that are really big. Don't get me wrong, there's some big natural tits that I love and some fake tits that I don't love but for me, I prefer the implants.

Now you see, this is the kind of differing opinion I'm talking about. Am I the only one that's never seen a good boob job? Define 'really good', Timbo. All I see in every boob job is mounds of tightened skin that resemble breasts. They don't hang how they should and they don't move like they should.
I'd ask everyone who votes in favour of silicone to include their age, but that's probably a little unfair.

Okay, here's my take on this subject..
[/i]I too voted for fake. Like the other chap.. i prefer big boobs (really big actually). So liking really big boobs, natural ones generally sag. Bigger fake boobs keep their shape & remain on the top half of the girl who has them. There are always good & bad of everything everywhere, so i'm talking generally here. But as an example, Kelly Bell has huge boobs that some might say i like, but i don't (no disrespect meant Kelly), her nipples are too small. Michelle Thorne's too i don't like - they are too pointy.
I like big round (fake) boobs with just normal sized nipples & areolas.. like Holly James', Daryl Morgan's & also Savana in the older days. I love to see them in tight bras, tight tops & anything that really pushes them up & out.. dying to burst free! This is a favourite (boob) fantasy of mine.
I can only vote in this respect as liking what i see. I haven't (yet) had the pleasure of (sexually) playing with these such boobs that i like looking at so much... so if there are any takers... just let me know!!
