He doesn't have diplomatic immunity, but can't be extradited apparently, so it's unlikely they'll get him in front of a judge.
It's probably best tbh, because the sweaty mess made himself look guilty in that interview, what a mistake that was.
I suppose he will have wait and see what they decide in this civil suit. I do wonder what and who else this could expose though.

To be honest he has to clear his name one way or another and he isn't doing that by not cooperating
If he cooperated he could extract himself from investigation completely

Never gonna happen, no way does he rock up to court to clear his name, he'd have to answer awkward questions, and if he is guilty, well...

After Virginia Giuffre issued the lawsuit against Prince Andrew the Metropolitan conducted another review of the case.
Today the Police have dropped an investigation.
