i've been looking at this FIA FOTA debate now and its seems that formula one was we know it is gone and a break away looks iminant. so i then i was think why didn't max mosley backed off and got rid of the salary cap rule it was bloody obvious the big team would not buy it. and how the hell will poor bernie get his money now no circuit, sponsors will go near f1 with wothout the ferraris, mclarens etc in it just seems they just shot themselves in the foot on this one

I dunno Gaz, i think this lawsuit is just a way of buying more time for negotiations, well at least i hope it is cos it won't be worth watching without ferrari and mclaren. Max Mosley surely isn't dumb enough to go through with it, is he?
