June was a brilliant actress in the years when eastenders was worth tuning in for, and didn't require you to reach for the shotgun as it all too often has lately, and for some time now, with it's over dramatisation and depression inducing topics for ratings sake - despite it dealing with some heavy issues then too. Now apparently, the more shocking the better for the sheer hell of it!! I too stopped watching - both it and all soaps bar Neighbours (only because you can watch it and then forget about it) Not for much longer apparently though!!
