I'm not normally much of a royalist but I enjoyed the trooping the cloud this morning especially the fly past. Great Britain can still put on the pomp and the pageantry.

I'm largely indifferent to the Monarchy but it seems to wind up the right people so they can have a parade every day if they want

It's been announced that the Queen will not be attending the Service of Thanksgiving tomorrow, due to discomfort.

The Archbishop of Canterbury has covid so he also misses the service. The Archbishop of York is to deputise.
