Bonjour people
Is there a reliable way to improve older videos to a certain standard I have older videos saved on my phone but the resolution is generally 480p or in some cases lower.
So could they be improved/enhanced or am I stuck with what they are? I'm not expecting WW1 restoration but any improvement would be nice.

I use Topaz Video Enhance AI, but there may be cheaper / better alternatives out there.
Also with Topaz at least, you need a decent GPU and even then it will take hours if you're rendering a longer video
