A very interesting guy to listen to and I once had the privilege to meet him very briefly. A true world leader who changed the course of East West relations for the good in his time.

I can imagine talking to him you would get a sense that he wanted East West relations at point where there was some trust between both sides.
Single - handedly ended the Cold War. Did he talk in English or did he have a translator?

A leader who saw that uniting people was important and let the Soviet Union fade into obscurity, it's a shame others can't see that as a positive.
