To some of he was Uncle Len Goodman on Strictly, to others he was Head Judge, but to us all he was Mr Strictly.
Strictly's popularity was down to his rapport with the performers,Hosts Tess & & Sir Bruce who I'm sure is waiting for him and the audience. 78 is a great age. I think the only thing missing was him having a knighthood which I am sure he would have turned down given his background. Saturday nights weren't the same when he left.

That's sad news. To me he always seemed fair to the contestants on Strictly, regularly defending them against Craig. An honest, knowledgeable and witty entertainer.
