The Tour Of Britain 2023 is underway today & the opening stage goes through Ramsbottom where I live!!!!! & actually passes pretty much past my house!!!!

Same for me on Tuesday, having lost the excellent Tour de Yorkshire, it's great to see top pro cycling in my area again.

Did a section of today's stage yesterday, and after spectating today, road another part of the route, which I found quite strange as it's unusual for me to get cheered & applauded when I'm on my bike.
I was featured on the live coverage, but I doubt I'll make tonight's highlights.

Women's tour of Britain has just started.
The opening two stages are in northern England with the final two stages in Scotland. On 970 on Sky or on BBC Sport website and i-player.
First stage is Dalby Forest to Redcar.
