Famed for collaborating with anyone who might give him extra ego credits. He's complaining that his voice has been used without his consent for a worthy cause he would rather not be connected with. For a guy that has practically bought a village for his own personal reasons....you'd expect him to let this one go.....nah....he's spitting his dummy just to get some more limelight and attention. Surprisingly, I find myself agreeing with him but I'd have more respect for old rusty nads if he hadn't actually sung on that god-awful dirge when it resurfaced like the unflushable turd that it is back in 2014. The original purpose for the song, back in 1984, was a noble one. The Ethiopian famine was by any standards absolutely awful but as time went on the song became little more than a vehicle to keep wankers like Bono in the public eye as let's face it, anyone but a hardcore U2 fan (if such a thing exists) got tired of being lectured by Multi-Millionaire Musicians rather quickly....and don't get me started on USA for Africa which was the same x10.
