Ipod wont sycn. - Spoon - 02-07-2009 22:57
Hello Everybody,
I have just bought an ipod nana 8g. But I cant sync it with itunes. I can drop and drag tracks one by one but am unable to sync. I have registerded it I think, well I got a message saying thank you for regsitering and an email has been sent to my address but no message has come in yet. Please Help

With iPod connected you should be able to see tick boxes asking you what you would like to sync all (your whole iTunes library) or select one by one

lol, usually when you have it all linked a ipod symbol appears on the left hand side of the screen, if this showing up when it connects then maybe the reason he could be having trouble is that its set to manual hence why its not in sync.

Very true. I remember my iPod was a real pain to sync. Took me awhile to figure out. I am sure he will get there in the end...

was gonna ask if this is the first time you've used itunes i.e have you used it on another ipod or is this the first time?
