I've been thinking about this for a while. Of course there are the financial gains , which for successful babes, seem to be very good.
But there is obviously a starting point, and there is no immediate success, it has to be earned.
So I was wondering, do many girls go into this industry knowing they are hot, is it because they just have the confidence not to care what people think, or could there be a host of other reasons?!
Obviously, no babe is 24/7 horny, despite they way OF pages and so on are marketed. They have to "get into character" in a sense. So I guess I'm kinda wondering what do you think inspires the babes to take this type of job and are many aware of the work that has to go in to become highly regarded in the industry?
Obviously, best answers would come from the girls themselves but I was wondering what insight, if any, people have.

But, they still have to work hard to gain a good reputation for producing good quality content at an agreeable price in the first place. Further, there is no guarantee that they will always be “flavour of the month” to sustain it in long term over the course of their whole working life.

It pays well.the amount of foreign jollys they take in a year.The free gifts and presents punters lavish them with.Fake moans and listening to all the crap does not look all that tedious compared to the rewards.

It's not particularly demanding and quite financially rewarding although night shifts are still not great for anybody. The economic rent - the difference to the next best paid job - is quite high. It's not like any of the babes are going to work in social care, is it?
