cannot get through

I am unable to get through on my mobile to any of the stations. I live in the ROI and have an 086 number. I've been told twice that I cannot get through to an 090 number. I cannot believe that in 2011 there is not some gizmo (please forgive the technical term) that will enable me to get through. Please help.

Don't want to state the obvious, but most mobiles come with Premium Rate Barring built in as standard and you have to contact the service provider to get it taken off.

are you calling the right number? the numbers to call most of the channels from ireland is different to the normal 090 numbers. it normally begins with 1580/1590.

And to add to that some service will actually offer you a discounted rate on 0900 numbers.

have u tried the voipay service on elite and now on bs you can use it via pc like skype as well as on mobile phone at a local rate call

if u have a look on elite website and the bs after 9pm you will see the details

try dialling the international code first, ie,44,it worked for me once when i was in dublin could not phone on the mobi,then added the +44 and hey presto,connected
