Going to last post in the thread

Sorry if this has been asked before but looking at subjects could not find it. I have subscribed to a number of threads now which I access via the UCP. Is there anyway you can jump straight to the last page on the thread rather than having to open the first page and then clicking the relevant last page number? IE setting a default so you go to the last page of a thread. It would save me a lot of time. Many thanks in appreciation of your help.

click 'last post' on the right beside the posters name. they're both separate clickable links.
