I have been lurking a long time oofftt! So joined 2011 (forgot I had) and made first posts in 2021 that’s not bad

Lurkings the way many of us started, myself included. Take it easy on the posting, !important!after 3 years of extreme posting I had to undergo a period of intense counselling & therapy away from the Forum, after a few failed attempts it took me over 5 years before I was in any fit shape to return.
But don't let that put you off, I'm sure you'll be just fine, your overly cautious approach is probably a good idea.
