Problem with FAQ and approved host query

Hi there,

I am having a problem viewing the the link for uploading video in point 5 of the FAQ.
I am getting "You do not have permission to access this page." even when logged in.

I should have queried in this board before posting a video link so apologies if I used an unapproved host (depositfiles). I will remove if required.

Can you tell me what host I should used or correct the access to point 5 in the FAQ.

The link was to a tutorial on how to upload to Rapidshare, but its no longer accesible as the tutorial is out of date. If you did want to use Rapidshare as a host to upload a file to, there's some info and a tutorial on their site here - which explains how to upload using Rapidshare Manager.

So am I free to use whatever host I wish for video (eg is depositfiles ok )? Or are there restrictions on this board?
