My dear fellow, the 'Best Avatar' is a highly prestigious award! I would like to take this opportunity to thank those who nominated my avatar, as this is the 3rd year in a row I've received this honour. I'm not sure how reliable my memory is, but I think Skully's avatar is the only other one to get nominated 3 times in a row.

When are the results likely to be announced?

Thanks to everybody who nominated and voted for me. Being nominated in two categories was both a surprise and an honour. I was particularly surprised to be nominated as "Best Video Poster" as I have never once posted a video but hey, if the people want me who am I to argue??

Good luck to all the finalists and indeed all contributors who continue to make this such a great place to come.
