High's And Low's Of 2012 And Hopes For 2013

Highs: This years crop of beauties. Most of them on xxxpanded.

Lows: The quality of the production at Storm. The loss of Eurotic.

Hopes: Nightshows from Lucy Ann, Tee Jay and Mikaela. Roxy Belle back on a show. Chat girls putting out a night show again. XXXpanded allowing caps and vids of their shows.

Highs: the continued excellence of Elite Days. Abbey B has been a revelation since she started, definitely the find of 2012. And of course Clare Richards becoming the best nightshow babe within her first year of doing it.

Lows: the ridiculous name change of Elite to St***o *6. Right up there with Starburst and Sports Direct Arena on the list of renaming disasters. Does anyone actually like the name?

Hopes: that some people finally realise that a girl who last appeared on the channels in October 2011 cannot be described as "current"

For 2013 I hope the producers will sit down together over tea and scones and devise a strategy to show more nudity and sexual activity so us punters don't feel like cash cows.

The return of a Sportxxx type show where the girls push the limits.
Another channel offering us an encrypted option.

Either TVX or Playboy bringing back live shows. SXTV was awesome.

Lynda Leigh to go nude again.
More modes of the standard of Elite girls and Dannii Harwood.

Highs: Ursula and Katie K.
Lows: The shows has been pretty tamed.
Hopes It be a better year for the babe channels.

Highs: Performance of Clare Richards (and also Adele Taylor) on S66.
Kandi Kay a revelation on RLC after years of being largely ignored on BS.
Moves of Mica and Gracie to BS (though latter needs to become more daring as a night babe).
Some promising new signings on the channels

Lows: 2-4-1s becoming pointless on all channels due to craven attitude to Ofcom.
Loss of Paige Tyler to babe channels.
Ella Jolie a complete disappointment on RLC.
Too many indistinguishable blonde, siliconed types on channels, mostly on RLC.
Fewer girls (who used to) now going naked on the channels.
A small group of girls dominating BS, leaving the rest to fight it out (almost literally sometimes!) on crowded beds.

Hopes for 2013: BS sorts out BSX - is it a porn channel. a place where BS girls can genuinely go further, or just a place where most of them can take the piss.
Ofcom starts looking at what is really wrong with television and leaves these channels to manage themselves (not much chance of this I'm afraid).
Some more imaginative sets, particularly on BS. Also that girls exploit these more imaginatively. To me these channels are about fantasy and titillation, and we are getting precious little of this from much of the current crop.

Babestation brought back Lynsey Atkinson and Kelly Carter and we've barely seen them. Kelly made another appearance last night, but still, too little.

Way too much Lolly Badcock (worst offender), Lori Buckby, the twins and Geri on Babestation. I know the girls have their fans, but they take up so much time that they hog channels and it means we get more tame 2-4-1's from the other girls just to put them on screen.

RLC have lost their creativeness. It's boring to watch them now.

Babestation using mic girls. Last night we had Geri on the beds AND doing the mic work. So Geri takes delight in interrupting the girls sessions (while Megan looks embarrassed), and then takes up a spot on the bed. Just go away.

Storm channel looks like somebody has smeared vaseline on the lens, and then you have the crappy text messages.

Are the girls not even allowed to touch each other now? They now look at the producers whenever they get near somebody as if they are terrified they are violating some ofcom law. I don't like 2 for 1s, but it makes for weird viewing when you see two girls trying desperately to stay an arm's length from each other.

Irregular time of sessions. Red Light are good at giving an hour or so to one girl, but on Babestation and Studio 66, the girls will switch channels (Studio 66) or leave after 10 minutes (BS). Lolly and Lori can have their hour long sessions of gesturing to the camera, why can't the other girls?

OSG's. Babestation's are the worse, because they fill up the screen and promise you stuff you'll never get. Studio 66's and RLC's are also getting bigger and more prominent.

Hopes:

The channels to provide good looking women who are happy to do the job and to have fun doing so whilst making it enjoyable for us viewers.

A little more respect towards the viewers and callers. See us as a willing audience and not just idiots to steal money from.

Smooga, you have totally hit the nail on the head. I genuinely agree with your pros and cons for the babe channels in 2012. Especially about Lori and the twins. All three girls are amazing and have large fanbases like you say for very good reasons. They all deliver fantastic shows on a regular basis but hogging the majority of the air time like you said leaves the other girls feeding for scraps. It generally doesn't do Lori and the twins any justice either as constantly seeing them for hours at a time, night after night after night, they then become stale and to a certain extent bore and infuriate some viewers which obviously isn't their fault but it's true.

So without trying to copy/repeat what Smooga and others have said, I'll try to give my answers that maybe aren't included in what others have said. I haven't seen as many of the shows as much in 2012 as I may have done in the past few years as I work long days and nights quite often these days.

Highs:
The emergence of Georgie Serino (what a girl!) on BS night time. She has injected some life into a stagnating show (except for Lori and the twins). Although overused sometimes, the major difference in Preeti's on screen performances. Tiffany Chambers performing like her old self in the last couple of months. A good patch of form for the babe channel day shows. Kandi Kay finding somewhere she could truly shine at (in RLC). Kandi Kay getting her knickers off and actually getting naked at last.

Lows:
The fantastic Paige Tyler retiring. Paige is sorely missed. Losing old favourites and extremely popular girls like Ella Jolie, Leah Jaye, Stevie-Louise, Kandi Kay, Lilly Roma etc to other companies in 2011 has made BS an enviroment that just doesn't feel like the same anymore. It's sort of like BS have lost their identity with the roster of girls they have continued to lose in last twelve to eighteen months and haven't had an answer to it. It's hard to explain to be honest. The loss of RLC on freeview as there is no alternative to BS on freeview anymore. Georgie Darby losing her 'mojo'. People may disagree. But she is not the same girl she was from 2009-11, who could carry a single show on her shoulders.

Hopes for 2013:
The biggest wish would be to see the return the 'First Lady' Donna Duke to BS and of course Ella Jolie too. More, much more of Daryl Morgan! It would be nice to see some quality 2-4-1's sometimes, instead of just throwing the girls together on screen at times. That goes for most channels not just BS. The emergence of new channels on freeview to challenge BS. New ideas and new concepts for the babe channels if possible.

Have not got any stand out highs but I do have 1 low which is the constant changing of girls on red light. A lot of the girls I liked did seem to come and go without having a good run.

My hope for 2013 is more of the day girls do night shows once in a while. You get them out for photo shoots why not a night show once in while
