I'm pretty sure you can use a debit card on these sites so long as it's visa. I just prefer to use the pre-pay card to avoid any additional billing & incase it proves tricky to cancel my membership.

It looks like credit card only.Cellcast must get some sort of subsidy for using that payment service because every company on the planet that uses monthly payments has the option of doing so from a debit card.

Edit:Just seen Sam's post so maybe it is possible.The images of the Visa card usually have the word 'Debit' on it next to a normal image of a Visa card though.
