I've followed some of this series, and quite enjoyed this week's final. I used to absolutely hate the bloody show. The Extra show on Fridays can be good too, though possibly just cheap laughs at people's terrible cake makes.

She may have blown it in the final, but Crystelle will be the next Nadia to have a cooking series on TV.

Today technical challenge is set by Nigella. You have to make a traditional cake from Amsterdam.

^Do they have to make it from all of Amsterdam or just part of it? Either way it'll be a bloody big cake.
