I can answer the when question, as I recall it started in 2006. But that's the only thing I know about it.

Looking it up on Google may be pointless, anything from that period is a lost cause.

Yes that's why I'm relying on memories. I only know it was a French version of Sex Station. I suppose it featured French pornstars.
