Yes I have this. I've not uploaded it as it was weird nothing was here at all, and so didn't want to waste bandwidth only to have it removed at someone's request.
If this is going to be "allowed" to stay, then absolutely I'll upload it (although at 4 hours, it will be several large files to download).
