We could win the World Cup if all our players are on top form so:

Ferdinand has still not recovered from injury
Terry, Cole and Lampard have still to reach top form this year- there minds are elsewhere
Gerrard is not the world beating performer that he was last year
Rooney has been Europes best striker- but he may be carrying an injury
Barrie may not recover from injury and may miss the competition
Walcott is still not fully fit, same with Joe Cole

And the goalkeeper (whoever he is) will for sure make a stupid blunder

So all things considered, we are bound to win it
