....loosely translated means as per normal practice, Rachel & Chanel starting a trend of monster shifts that maybe or have become normal practice, that others will follow.
.......I've just checked in my dictionary, that can't be far wrong or Chilly would have said something by now...."required by custom or etiquette" is what my dictionary says
