Patch , I have no problem with you slagging the SPL -I think a lot of it is rubbish as well- Ive watched enough of it over the years.

The thing I hate the most is why do you call it "scotch" football- what is this scotch you speak about. I thought people or things from Scotland were called Scots or Scottish. My mistake I suppose, Ive only lived here for 32 years.

I detest it when English people call us Scotch -Scotch is whiskey

Just a case of everyone who lives south of Birmingham thinking that english footie is the be all and end all. I like the premier league but c'mon , its not the best in the world . You have a population of about 70 million and have 4 teams capable of winning (5 mabye if Villa keep it up) We have a population of 5 million and have 2 teams who will win the league - Not that bad really is it?

Also when was the last time an english manager won the premier league- oh thats right never. Your most succesful managers down south have all been Scots (not scotches)

Im not looking to start an argument about who is best cos its childish lets just enjoy the football cos thats what we are all fans of isnt it?

Hope so Bree, Henrik's chip over Klos in that game is the best goal Ive seen at Celtic Park. Got Monday off at work so I hope im celebrating on Sunday night

If anybody else apart from Bree and myself there are a lot of rumours going about up here and on the net regarding Artur Boruc. Allegedly (notice I say this) there is going to be an expose in the News of the World or Sunday Mail regarding something that is going to finish his career. Dont know what but I have heard things like death threats fom Polish Mafia, Coke taking and match fixing.

Now if any of this is true then by all means throw the book at him and have him sacked but this just smacks to me of the sensationalism of the press up here. Every time there is an old firm game there is nearly always something negative about Celtic in the press. I know I mentioned paranioa earlier but this may be wih good reason.If you google Artur Borucr umours it comes up with loads of stuff- Also his website is down as well
