I have a theory as to why Supergirl/Kara was bleeding and why she's last her powers, without giving away too much or spoiling anything if you know anything about the DC 52 version of Superman you'll get my theroy .

Yes the DC 52 reboot version of Superman it's only a theory of mine explaining what's happening to Supergirl in the show don't wanna spoil as to why if it's what am thinking is going with her.
