Stoke had a few chances from what I seen and I believe they even hit the bar early on.

Get used to teams putting everyone behind the ball. It's been happening to United all season. Sunderland were the worst for it. Did'nt even make an attempt to attack at Old Trafford. Just 10 men behind the ball and as soon as they got the chance they just booted it as hard as they could up the other end of the park. I've much more respect for a team like Hull who came to Old Trafford and gave it a really good go and had United worried towards the end.

I would love to see some sort of system that rewarded attacking football, maybe half a point per goal scored, or in the event of a scoring draw the extra point goes to the team who scored first. Or at least something to liven the game up the way the bonus points system has for rugby.
