It was meant to be a joke. I agree it is her choice but I doubt any surgeon could make them look better then they do now

I've always assumed her boobs were natural, but has that actually been confirmed. Not the first time I've got that wrong.

I only ask because if they are, unless there's a medical reason, why alter something so beautifully gifted to her that other babes actually get enhancements to try match. She's not exactly lacking to start with.
