Completely agree with the first - that is THE worst lyric of all time - but disagree with the second, it tallies perfectly with the subject matter of the song.

Here are a couple of truly bad lyrics amidst great songs; the first is The Flaming Lips title track to the classic album Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots Pt1 - at 01:35 the lyrics are

Those evil-natured robots

So she's taking lots of vitamins



The other one is The Undertones' My Perfect Cousin where on the clip below on 00:35 the lyrics are

He's got a degree in Economics
Maths, Physics and Bionics
He thinks that I'm a cabbage
Because I hate University Challenge



Diabolical lyrics which sound even worse when heard as they're meant to be

That Undertones lyric is cancelled out by the classic lines in the same song
He always beat me at Subbuteo,
Cause he flicked to kick, and I didn't know.
