well, arsenal have silenced a few critics tonight, i do think the stick they get from the media, pundits and fans is a bit OTT at times, they had the second best defence in the league last season and still qualified for the champs league when everyone thought spurs would get 4th just cos they had a 7 point lead over them in February, they have a habit of bouncing back just when people think disaster is about to happen, fair enough they haven't won a trophy for 8 years but spurs and liverpool are overrated by the media, when did they last finish above arsenal in the league or even win the league? wenger does need to spend if he wants to get back to winning the league but not everyone can win the league obviously

Satisfying win and I know it was against a weak team, man thought it would be a tougher test but signing for fenerbahce is like going on holiday, so many of them way off the pace

Tonight I am supporting Celtic. Teams like Shakter Karagandy should not be in the European Champions League... they are from Asia also.
