I like the look of the squad but it it often is a very hard balance to get completely right - youth & experience and has alway tested every England manager.
It is one that probably is very capable of getting out of the group stages (barring banana skins), but the real test will be in the knockout stages for sure if we make it.

We know we have to hit the ground running against Serbia, and I hope we do.

Ramsdale badly at fault with the Iceland goal. He needs to get away from Arsenal at the 1st opportunity, otherwise this could be his last international.

Is it too late to recall Jack Grealish back into the squad.

Agreed, his confidence must be shot. Unfair treatment from his club - on a guy who gave them great service aswell.

Ouch the Scotland match was painful. I'm not taking pleasure at Germany winning as their best player Musiala should have been playing for England. He's the one who got away.

Scotland could hardly get out of their own half for most of the game.They have to improve for the next two games or it will be home time.Germany made Scotland s few premier league players look like they were non league,and that is being kind.Glad we did not qualify(Wales),the way we play at the moment we would lose 10 nil.
