How do we rate UK chances this time? If we don't win this year. I would look at a possible top ten finish as being something of a success for Monday. I would hope how it comes across onstage and what would be important is, if they can get the crowd moving tonight might be a good gauge for their chances on Saturday night

I'd be surprised if makes it to the middle of the table, it's not very good.
Sam Ryder was a blip in recent years, great song and great performer.

Lyrics and tune aside, technically it's a a very poorly constructed song.

Starts slow, then builds up pace till the high energy bit kicks in. So far so good...
The problem is, every time the excruciating slow chorus comes round it kills the song.
Then they have to start again from 1st gear, as it were. Ruins the whole flow of the song.
