I just saw someone given out in the women cricket international and I didn't notice anyone appealing.

The batsman chopped the ball into the ground, it hit the keepers pads and rebounded onto the stumps.

The 3rd umpire asked for a review and on reflection the batsman was given out because she had briefly raised her boot, and thus she was given out stumped.

The fielding team were astonished, pleased but surprised.
