Chargers 17 - 19 Chiefs
A really compelling game. Despite just the one loss it feels that there are a number of teams capable of beating the Chiefs. Last night was another case in point, yet time & time again Mahomes manages to pull the rabbit out of the hat. You just can't put the ball back in the hands of Mahomes with a few minutes remaining. To add to the drama, the winning field goal deflected through off the left upright as it appeared to be hooking away. As Madden would say doink !!
The win sealed the Chiefs 9th straight AFC West title. You have to admire Mamomes for getting the job done, he's so good that he attracts his fair share of haters. For me what winds me up is that he has the most ridiculously annoying laugh.

49ers 38 - 13 Bears
Good adjustments from the Bears after a poor 1st half, the Niners are always guaranteed to let a team back into the game, it's just what they do. A reality check for me is that before the game the Niners were just one win better than a poor Bears team. The 4 remaining games are all ones I can see them losing & winning them all would give then no certainty of making the Playoffs. One week at a time until it is not mathematically possible, but for weeks the Playoffs have been out of the question for me.
More bad news as the Niners lose yet another running back as Guerendo looks doubtful with an ankle sprain. Including Elijah Mitchell who has been out for the year, that make 1-4 on the depth chart all out.

MNF
Cowboys 20 - 27 Bengals
Two teams that have found ways to lose both in the last chance saloon in terms of a remote playoff spot.

When the Bengals drive had stalled late in the game with the scores tied, the Cowboys blocked the punt but lost possession when one of their players touched the ball making it live for the Bengals to recover & allowing Burrow to find JaMarr Chase for the game winning field goal.

SNF
Rams 44- 42 Bills
A total scorefest, Allen threw for 3 TD's & rushed for another 3. The Rams matched them with 6 of their own, missed an extra point & kicked one field goal. Stafford & Allen both passed for over 300 yards. Puka Nocua had a stand-out performance with 12-162- 1 TD.
The Bills can't land the Super Bowl win that Josh Allen is searching for with a defence playing like this. Stafford & the Rams look a dangerous team. They should kill off the 49ers season when they kick off week 15 with TNF.
