RE: Asian Babes - Chat, Caps, Vids
I understand Nilford's points, but I am sympathetic to Rich's message too. It's sad that management's contempt for customers is so blatant, but from my point of view it rings true with observations I've made over the last six months or so. As recently as eight months ago, I could write with approval that AC was really appealing in part because of an almost family-like atmosphere with girls who had worked together for a long time and seemed to genuinely like each other and have a good time working. I have no doubt that this positive vibe attracted callers and things chugged along pretty well. I don't know what changed in management or whatever around last June, but since that time the fun for everyone has been seriously eroded. We've witnessed Amy in shouting matches with bosses, Ali reduced to tears, and Nadia storming off in the middle of her shift, never to return. There has been an exodus of presenters, Cherry, Lisa, and Victoria for example; and Sara, who used to work a set weekend schedule, now works only rarely. It's not only Rich's incident that shows that the bosses have no respect for the models or the customers...the girls are given scripts with what to say to customers, and pressured to meet quotas, while at the same time they are forbidden to do tease shows and the webstream can go down for days at a time, even when the girls are relaying messages about the dead webstream and the video delay - what are the girls supposed to do? Sure, the bosses may be shifters and schemers, but they're also killing their own business. Agreed, it's not easy to run one of these channels (and I think the girls have the harder job!), and no doubt it can be a grind, but alienating your customers rather than at least giving the appearance of trying to give them a good product just seems dumb. The tease shows are a good example, because I've ceased believing that there is some government agency all set to shut them down - and they demonstrably increase business, so why not? Finally, I get Rich's suggestion that we need to stop calling until the channel improves, but on the other hand I really hate to make the girls suffer for this. I will continue to call my favorite presenter, and nothing more. For me the bottom line is that I love the girls, and I want the channel to succeed for that reason. I just wish there was a management team in place that was willing to do the big and little things to make AC an enjoyable, profit-generating enterprise. With the allure of beautiful Thai girls, that should not be so hard.
