Most things appear the same. The transfer system and wild cards are the same as last year.

Having had a brief look at the rules, the only thing I can see that is different is; if your captain doesn't play, instead of choosing whether a replacement is selected on value or form, this time you have to choose a specific vice-captain.

I'll be in again. I've got a hard act to follow after last season, with 17th place overall and a Manager of the Month prize (which I still have yet to enjoy ) I think I'll leave it till just before the kick-off to select my squad, and think of a team name. All I know at the moment is the colour of the kit

I've just noticed that after clicking on the Fantasy Village banner at the top of the page, it looks as though it's just GSL with a different name, in the same way that OT Cams is.

I have once again opened myself to immense humiliation and joined again. Hoping for a better showing this year, team is Docs Orders.

I just got the ominous sounding '16 days' pm from Admin, i thought he was going to say this is when i was going to die :S

I did the fantasy league thing last year but gave up checking after about 4 weeks, I'm sure my team came dead last.I thought putting Lev Yashin in goal was a stroke of genius..shame no one told me he died 21 years ago...also Stephen Hawkings as an attacking midfield player may have had its flaws and Ray Charles as a central defender could of been better thought out but we had that never give up, eye of the donkey spirit....Good luck to all those who take part this year

Well i have just joined the league and although i am a pretty big football fan this is the first time i have chosen to enter a fantasy league,i'm sure i will learn a great deal and what a useless football manager i would make.but it sounds like fun and i'm pleased i did enter.good luck everyone and may the best team win
