No I don't think so Sandra was about 20 back then and she is married to Jeff Beck(pop star) now. You might have also seen her on television-she played Jack Nicholson's girlfriend lusted after by Jimmy Hill, Roger Moore etc in the comedy impressionist show Stellar Street(Phil Cornwell & John Sessions); in that she is Sandra Cush. Her sister incidentally was also a model, Sarah Moore.

Wonder if she has connection to any other babe show babes?

I am pretty sure they are not one and the same. Remember I said that Sandra is married to ex pop star Jeff Beck and that was a long time ago. Lycia is a lot younger. The resemblance though is uncanny.

Sandra Jane Moore appeared on Page 3 of The Sun between 1985 and 1989.
