video bam seems very slow at present, so I uploaded to rapidshare instead.
Total playing time 10 minutes. Only a 22MB download.

The webstream was transmitted with the correct aspect ratio, so I have not had to process it as I have done in the past. It is the original .flv file as captured with rtmpdump. Plays ok with VLC player. Tammy is talking on the mic at the start, and Kimmy Haze is doing the same near the middle.
