The governing regulator depends on where the channel is uplinked to the satellite from. Perhaps Cellcast uplink the German feed from the UK, in which case Ofcom prevails.

New Ofcom regulations for Daytime shows

Apparently having spoken to Holly Mcguire tonight the day girls even on the naughty hour post 9 can no longer show their arse to cam only side view allowed

i asked early on and as she went to turn round producer yelled at her, also noticable that no arse from Lucy Zara tonight either, not sure what the other channels are doing, but with RLC's record they are taking no chances

Any ideas anyone

Yes, never listen to the girls when they talk about 'new Ofcom rules'. They're seldom accurate and very often have no basis in truth whatsoever.

Example: Serena once cam on the Sportxxx thread to say that she would no longer be allowed to do her nude sessions as Ofcom had put a stop to it. The very next night there she was with her bush on full show.

never heard that before so rlc probably being cautious which i can understand but must just apply 9-10 as lots of arse to cam on the shows since

Thats what I used to think too. Turns out that is the fallback rule for material generated outside the EU. For most broadcasts it depends where the management decisions and made combined with where content is produced. Simply registering a Head Office in Amstedam and keeping production facilities in the UK wont qualify for a Dutch licence. Chances are the regulators wont actually give a toss if content is uncontroversial, but if pushed they might enforce the rules.

What was said was pre 10 displays, as Holly did turn round just as she finished ( see poor cap in her section )
This was apparently brought in today that was why i asked, very noticable that no arse display from Lucy Zara and she not shy, were as Danni was all over it last night ( caps in RLC section)

A sad indictement of the way things are....

I was home alone last night and chose to watch the cricket!!!

There is no point to these channels any longer. Perhaps if we collectively stopped tuning in/ringing in we would force the producers hands to provide what is really wanted?????
