Just bear in mind that a limited company is often a device to channel earnings from one active venture to another (apparent) inactive one.

Every limited co. has to have atleast 1 director yet you may ask if there is only one why form a company when a simple business ownership would be the same.

The answer is equally simple. Any company director is only, on face value, liable for his/her un-subscribed value of the shares he/she of that company. So if a share is worth £100 and the director has invested £1 then he is only responsible for the remainder of £99.

Whilst any lender may make set other guarantees. There remains bankruptcy law to protect any individual.

I could not give a preverbial if any girl decides to quit from this draconian measure. The channel may look in the mirror and think that it is not what we anticipated. They may even revise their 'red-line' since they would rather keep these girls than risk them going elsewhere.

But with any 'business' decision if it does not go according to anticipated plan then they either live with it or rethink their strategy.

Others have already said pretty much what I would have about the situation, so there's no point in me repeating.
Who knew OF would have become such a big thing, hindsight and all that jazz.
Considering how small the babe channel world is now, options for leavers isn't great, and finding new talent isn't going to be what it once was either. I do hope it's not as bad as some are expecting and compromises can be made, but if it is, well, that isn't good for anyone.
