And I'll repeat it one final time - she herself has indicated that she is not comfortable doing nightshows.

I'm not saying it again, I believe I've said all I can and my opinion remains the same that I want her to be happy where she is.

If you don't feel comfortable regardless you don't get included in the schedule of a night show or am I to believe that it was some kind of imposition?

For what it’s worth, my interpretation based on conversations with Becky in the past is that nightshows just don’t suit her work-life balance at the current time. She did not rule out doing nightshows indefinitely but for the foreseeable future. These were her thoughts on the subject a year ago.

Not too much can be interpreted from the fact that she was scheduled on a nightshow again in the last couple of months but pulled out at the last minute. It might suggest she at first consented to it (showing she is not adverse to doing nightshows again), but pulled out at the last minute with misgivings. No idea what those misgivings are, but I strongly suspect she may have had 2nd thoughts about doing the 8 hour night shift and losing virtually all of the next day plus disruption to her sleep pattern and it’s impact on her daily routine in the days after. These are the very same reasons Georgia gave up nightshows (she seems to have given up day shows as well now … but that’s for her thread, not here!)
