RE: Ofcom - Current Investigations
The idiots that complain about the call channels should catch them self's after all if you don't like what your seeing change the bloody channel!!!!

Why members post content that's not shown to the public is beyond me.
Because of certain posts they’ve now blacked out the cams or moved them out of the way so we can’t see anything. Thanks guys you really know how to screw things up for the rest of us...
Over my 6 years of being a forum member I've never seen anything so stupid...

An interesting thought is would comic legends Benny Hill and Kenny Everett get away with their stuff, which is regarded the world over, on 2011 ITV???? Cupid Stunt anyone?

Next - Ofcom censures Eastenders, Emmerdale and Corrie for glamourising drinking.

I wonder what Ofcom would think of this clip then, back in the day when it was acceptable for snooker and darts players to drink and smoke and in my opinion it never glamorized it, all it did was paint a picture of reality which Ofcom seem to be blind to, Ofcom need to fuck right off and stop this nanny state mentality now, comedy piss take from the 80's with Smith and Jones.

Probably not with things as they are now.

Kenny Everett, The Young Ones, Benny Hill all broadcast before 8pm at night chances are they would not be shown before 11pm now, just look at the satellite tv scheduling of the re-runs!

This was the point I was trying to make when I made the comment about the Legs and Co Top Of The Pops Be-Bop Deluxe November 1976 video I put the link too in a comment a few weeks ago! That particular 26th November 76 show is set to be reshown again on BBC 4 tv in a couple of weeks and not likely to be shown until much before midnight.

Even the ITV Tiswas revival shown a couple of years ago was not able broadcast before the 9pm watershed, for heavens sake it was a kids tv show that used to start at 9.30/10am in the morning.

These shows may all seem tame now, but the point is that the re-runs are not shown now until after the watershed late at night, even old Man About The House or On The Buses shows.

Did these show corrupt us or make us bad kids at the time? NO!

Just a sign of how mamby pamby and PC things are now!

It was political correctness that killed Tiswas and Benny Hill off ITV!

I really don't care what anyone else thinks!!! Lovely beautiful Honey Scott IS my favourite very cute bundle of yummy Marshmallow Fluff!!! <3

RE: Ofcom - Current Investigations
Well I've just about had a bloody a gutful of these over Beaurocratic overpaid knobs,
These people are a danger to society, and must be stopped NOW!!! I just wonder what these Idiots will come up with next? Now I admit we don't live in perfect world, we all no that, however homosexuality does exist whether you agree with it or not that's down to the individual, but to say we're not allowed to see 241's anymore what the F**K is this all about? Why can't woman touch there own pussy's? What the F**K are they doing?
Does Ofcom really think that there aren't any homosexuals that exist? Is that why Ofcom wants to stop girl on girl action? I just don't no anymore, all this in the 21st century, it's absolutely incredible. Instead of Ofcom the Regulator, they should be called " OFCOM THE DICTATOR " ImportantImportant

Unbelievable! There's no other word for it. So Ofcom now think they have a say in what we get up to in our private lives. I get hammered every Christmas and I'm now terrified Ofcom are going to find out and fine me.

This current situation is becoming so ridiculous that I'm beginning to wonder if it's all one big wind-up. Give it time and we won't be allowed to fart without a license from Ofcom.

RE: Ofcom - Current Investigations
It's got over well the top from Ofcom now, back when I was a kid growing up in the 90's I used to watch Baywatch which was broadcast on ITV at 5.05PM on a Saturday night and it was indeed family viewing and one of the few that we all actually all agreed on watching together, it featured many ex and current porn stars at the time, but guess what it never did me any harm or corrupt me in any way, back in the day when regulation was done with common sense and long before the days of Ofcom as it was the ITC's job at the time to lightly moderate and that's exactly what they did, with the watershed still being at 9PM which at the time the channels could more or less show what they wanted, does anybody remember the days of early Channel 4 and the red triangle they would put on the screen as a warning for explicit material, oh yes, Channel 4 did indeed at one point in the 80's show hardcore porn at night on the telly which I know is hard for some people to believe but it's true. And now we have come to 2011 and it's all just turned into an utter shambles, like continental said Ofcom are dictators and fascist ones at that, is this any way for a goverment to allow a democracy to flourish, I sincerely hope that big TV companies are prepared to stand up to Ofcom as I've never seen a more hated organisation than them.

Stan, did you actually read the article? The guy said "fucking" live on ITV before the watershed, it's a pretty open and shut case. Also, you may get hammered at Christmas but you're not appearing on a TV show that loads of teenagers watch every week (more fool them). It's the fact that the X Factor made a big thing of it that Ofcom are investigating.

This is exactly the sort of thing that Ofcom should be going after (if they should be going after anything at all) instead of targeting the babe channels. And if the investigation had anything at all to do with this attention-seeking prick leaving the show and on the way to obscurity, then it's a job well done.

Favourite babes remaining: Hannah Martin, Abbey B, Clare Richards, Paige Green, Becky Roberts, Abbee Kimberly, Electra
