PB owns RLC?

Playboy owns all of the 4 RLC channels but not the RLC company , but as far as i know Playboy are more actively involved with the channels sporting the Playboy brand name and logo , ie freeview Ch 194 and Sky Ch 902 , the other RLC channels don't show the Playboy logo but show the RLC logo instead .
