RE: Movie News & Reviews
Fair point, although I would still much rather have Tom Hardy over Tom Hiddleston. It just so happened that it worked out for Daniel Craig with his convincing performances. I just think Hardy is quite a bit better actor than Hiddleston and already has the Bond look and physique already. Why take a risk when you already have what I and many think is the perfect actor for Bond in Hardy? Also Daniel Craig's hair wasn't as big an issue for me as is Hiddleston's face. You just can't do anything about that. He has a weasly looking face, which makes me annoyed that his fans keep bringing his name up. I mean he was good in The Night Manager and he's a decent actor but he's no Tom Hardy and he just doesn't look like Bond material.

RE: Movie News & Reviews
Hardy has good genes. I watched Venom not long ago and he looks remarkably youthful for his age. Better than Roger Moore ever did because Moore always looked craggly even in his earlier Bond outings.
I don't want the Bond films to be inspired by this trend of just going young like with Spiderman. Just pick the best actor around for the role, even if he's around for just a couple of films. Craig's run was freakish, it's silly expecting to match those number of films so soon.

I think Craig will be tough to replace, so a well established and versatile actor would be the best option for me (which is why I've been sold on Hardy as an option from the get go), spies shouldn't be too clean cut, they are supposed to be able to fit in everywhere, and a modern Bond needs somebody that can blend in and stand out, which is why Craig has been one of the best decisions they could have made. Replacing him with some of the weedy little pretty boys that have been listed over the last couple of years would be all kinds of wrong, criminal even. lol.

Out of those listed above, for me, the ones I like the sound of are Hardy (obviously), Fassbender would be second, Heughan because I think he'd capable of being a decent Bond and Turner I hadn't considered until they mentioned him a while back, but he's a good shout.
The others and their ''other notable candidates'' meh, the only long shots for me would be Idris, but he's possibly too old now, but if they wanted a black Bond, he'd be my only choice, not Will Smith ffs and Henry Golding would be an excellent Bond option too, he's an underrated actor imo.
