Help! - info needed

The time of day doesn't make any difference on a web show. (Unless as stated above the web show is a feed of the TV show).

Getting bandwidth requirement right for a stream can be difficult in the initial steps as demand can peak early on as people see what is new but come on, under construction on everything else for how long and seemingly asking everyone what to put up?

Sounds like someone decided they needed a website but they aren't quite sure why or how to do it. The fact they announced and launched way before they were ready and development is taking far longer than planned. Plus from what I've seen of the site code and security it doesn't seem to be done by a professional web dev team.

One useful addition would be to show something - anything - when the stream isn't in action, rather than just a black screen.
