wouldnt be too sure about that. when it showed jasmine having an expleteive laden rip at prince lorenzo and then she poured cheryl's diet coke down the sink, people turned against jasmine on twitter. also the characters on big brother tend to go early so i think jasmine will go next wednesday

Jasmine will make good viewing & I hope she stays.She seems a little unhinged,maybe an act & or gameplan.Hope we get to see her & Danica mix it for a few weeks.

Contestants on this show would never get something like that into court (unless there was an assault or other Common Law breach).

after tonight's show think jasmine will be going on wednesday in the first eviction. the way she attacked prince lorenzo, including telling him to "fuck off" after he civily tried to clear the air with her after he nominated her was unnaceptable. Then she was very nasty towards danica after she did the same thing, trying to clear the air with jasmine. showed a clip on big brother's bit on the side where jasmine was very nasty towards danica and reduced her to tears

got to see danica and rhian in bikinis tonight

To correct you mate. They could bring an action for Defamation in the law of tort, for attacking and harming the reputation of an individual in front of the general public.

Eg. When newspapers chat crap about celebs. Or when they reveal information that they shouldn't because the celeb has taken out an injunction.

But the fact that this is on TV and sometimes live in full view of the general public could mean that the 'celeb' (I use this term extremely loosely with Danica) could in theory bring an action for defamation against a person that attacks the reputation of the individual through slander (spoken word)
