With all the respect in the world, Georgie, that's a ridiculous statement. That is if I'm understand properly. Of course going naked and spreading your legs would invite hefty fines, so I can understand why you might wear it on its own, but why wear it underneath your knickers? You had it on again last night. Why?? Like smell the roses says, it just doesn't make any sense.

What’s with all the C-string haters, most of the girls wear them if you look. Its not like you going to see anymore without one on, but its obviously there to prevent any accidental slips.
