Highly recommend Robocop(1987) Remastered steelbook edition.

I got it from Granger Games for the superb price of £8.It is available on Amazon, zavvi and eBay but it was over £25 including post and packaging on all three sites.

The pictures is immeasurably superior to the previously released version and you get all the extras from that as well as the 2002 DVD extras. The steelbook itself is really nice and is pretty rare appsrantly these days.

You are correct Terence, I am just reciprocating kal'el's banter. No malice intended at all

RE: Blu Ray Recommendations
Am curious as where theres banter or sarcasm that was made in my last post. I only pointing out as why i took so long in buying that particular film.
I had the first 300 as a dvd and i upgraded to the blu ray steel version so you can see below as it was £20 on zavvi a few years ago and dropped to £7 as a bargain i picked it up.
I never got to see the sequel at the cinema i wanted a steel book version but the company entertainment store were selling 300: Rise of An Empire as there blu ray exclusive for £25 on one site which i wasn't gonna pay thar price. I thought about just getting the standard blu ray but even with a price drop on amazon which they charge postage it wasn't worth it and even in cex second hand it still wasn't worth my while.
Entertainment Store trade on ebay and they have a steel book sale some steel books £5.99 or two for £9.98 saving you £2 thats how and where i picked up the martix reloaded and matrix revolution from. so i picked up 300: Rise of An Empire steel book brand new and sealed and they had two versions so i chose that i preferred plus its free delivery, so where all this so called banter and sarcasm is coming from me simply explaining myself i don't get. People will read into something these days and mountain out of mole hill.
Why should have pay so much for item when i can simple wait and pay less for it can't see the big deal on commenting about it:

No sarcasm at all. I was just trying to having a joke because I recommended the 300: Rise Of An Empire Steelbook in this thread pretty much exactly a year ago simple as that.

Can we please draw a line under this and move on

I picked up seasons one and two of the excellent Homeland, both series come with plenty of extras including deleted scenes, an audio commentary on the pilot episode and a couple of making of features.

Found them both in CEX for £2 each, excellent dealSmile

RE: Blu Ray Recommendations
Highly recommend picking up Gremlins Diamond Luxe Edition blu ray this little beauty comes in a fold case which is actually made from fibre glass just like the Batman one i reviewed a few months ago. It has a shiny finish with colourful art work and its held together by magnetics its beautiful.
As for the film it self its a classic film from Joe Dante, visually its a improvement over the dvd version along with sound. It comes with two discs with the main film on the first disc and extras on the second disc.
Extras wise they've added new bonus features compared to the standard edition blu ray no digital copy which is a shame. Got mine in a deal where its two for a tenner So picked up the green mile on there own there £5.99 each
